You can end your contract with us: you have the right to cancel this contract if you wish. To exercise this right, you must notify PartyLite by emailing csuk@partylite.co.uk within a period of 30 days following delivery of the goods. Notification of cancellation takes effect when sent.
Provided that any goods which you have received under the cancelled contract have been returned (at your own expense) complete and in good condition to PartyLite within 14 days of your cancellation, you will be entitled to receive a full refund using the same means of payment as you used for your payment.Â

We will need proof of shipment i.e. Tracking number and Courier Services used for your returns, emailed to csuk@partylite.co.uk. The Original Order details should also be included in your shipment reference. If a singular item is being return we require the product code.
